Ashley is the fire behind Salt & Sovereignty — a voice forged in trauma and refined by ritual. She’s a neurodivergent storyteller, völva, and sacred chaos alchemist who doesn’t believe in polishing pain for public consumption. Her work lives at the crossroads of softness and strength, poetry and processing, fury and forgiveness.

Ashley started this space because she was done performing healing for optics. After surviving sexual trauma, years of dissociation, and the sacred disobedience of coming back to her body — she chose truth. Real, messy, tender, holy truth. The kind that lives in bones, not branding.

Through myth, shadow work, and story reclamation, Ashley guides others not by pretending to have the answers — but by walking beside them in the remembering. Her magic is lived, not curated. Her voice doesn’t flinch from darkness, and her softness is anything but weakness.

She writes for the ones who were silenced. She casts spells with her scars. And she speaks with the quiet rage of someone who knows what it costs to survive — and what it means to rise.

Lizza is the soul-lit co-creator of Salt & Sovereignty, where she carries the lantern beside Ashley’s flame. A neurodivergent mapmaker and emotionally feral truth-teller, she walks the wilds of grief, rage, and reclamation with tenderness in her hands and iron in her spine.

Witchwired and wide open, Lizza brings a bone-deep knowing to each episode — weaving astrology, shadow work, and ritual storytelling into every spiral. She doesn’t come pretending to be healed. She comes as she is: raw, real, rooted, and reverent.
