About Me
Hi, I'm Ashley, the creator of Salt & Sovereignty, host of the Salt & Sovereignty podcast, and author of the upcoming Lost Goddess Trilogy.
My work lives at the intersection of spirituality, storytelling, and healing. As a Hekatean witch, I believe that our relationship with the divine is deeply personal, shaped as much by our lived experiences as by the traditions that came before us. Through my podcast, writing, and the Salt & Sovereignty platform, my hope is to create spaces where people feel safe to explore their spirituality with honesty, curiosity, and a sense of belonging.
Whether I'm recording a podcast episode, building digital tools that make spiritual practice more accessible, or writing fantasy inspired by devotion, mythology, and transformation, everything I create is guided by the same belief: healing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about reclaiming the parts of yourself that have always deserved to be seen, heard, and loved.

No. Sessions can meet you where you are, whether you are just beginning or returning to practice after a long time away.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, medical care, or crisis support. This work is spiritual, reflective, and supportive.
